A problem solver with just the right mix of business and management experience and technical savvy, Mr. Park has led the TeloChain technical team to deliver high value data management solutions to TeloChain’s clients since 2011. He is a polyglot programmer, able to work in with any language and keeps current with the latest advancements in software development tools and methodologies.

He began his IT career at a Toronto software firm specialized in streamlining fare availability search and schedule change logistics for the major airlines. Recognizing his superior technical talent, the Chicago Board Options Exchange recruited him to help transition to an electronic marketplace. In 2008, after earning his FINRA series 3 license, he launched an algorithmic hedge fund using a trading model and custom execution platform (eventually used by 300 other traders) that he developed.

Mr. Park has over 25 years of experience working in various IT projects in a variety of roles: developer, architect, domain expert, project manager, functional team lead, and a director of IT in investments, e-commerce, and casualty/health insurance industries. His current interests are in data management best practices and cognitive computing.

Mr. Park holds a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Alberta and an MS in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology and lives in a suburb of Chicago.
